Lights, Camera, Create! Exploring the Art of Filmmaking

On November 15, 2025, our students participated in a fun Film Lab workshop, which was organised by the Education Bureau’s NET section. This workshop gave our students a chance to dive into filmmaking, learning about acting, production, and editing.

During the event, students got hands-on with different filmmaking techniques. They learned about filmmaking skills like mise-en-scène, camera operations, lighting setups, and how to edit film shots. Working alongside their peers and instructors, they discovered the creative process and picked up important technical skills needed to make films.

Through collaboration and guidance from experienced peers, our students improved their teamwork and communication skills while exploring their artistic side. The workshop sparked their interest in the arts and opened up new possibilities in media and filmmaking for them. Overall, it was a rewarding and memorable experience for everyone involved.
