個人資料收集聲明

(1)    個人資料收集目的
申請人入學申請所填報的資料，包括姓名、電話號碼、手機號碼、電郵地址、通訊地址等資料，其用途將用作處理一切入學申請及甄選事宜，並供校方獲授權職員查閱。申請程序完成後，未獲取錄之申請者資料將被銷毀。

(2)    根據個人資料（私隱）條例，申請人有權：
- 查閱培英中學是否持有他的個人資料；
- 要求獲得已提交資料的副本；及
- 要求培英中學更正他的個人資料。
- 申請人必須提供足夠資料予培英中學以識別身份，否則培英中學有權拒絕上述要求。
      
(3)    申請人如欲查閱個人資料，須以電郵 info@puiying.edu.hk或書面形式寄交地址：薄扶林華富道55號向培英中學提出。
      
(4)    除非申請者已明確同意改變資料的用途，或該等用途得到法律准許，否則培英中學不會把已收集的個人資料轉移予第三方。

Personal Information Collection Statement

(1)    Purpose of Personal Information Collection 
All personal data collected in the application forms of the school, including name, mobile number, email address , correspondence address will only be used for processing the admission. This information may be made accessible by the authorized staff for handling. After completion of the application procedure, information of unsuccessful applicants provided will be disposed. 

(2)   In accordance of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right: 
- to check if Pui Ying Secondary School holds his/her data;
- to request a copy of such data;
- to require Pui Ying Secondary School to correct any of the personal data which is accurate
  
 Sufficient information will need to be provided to establish identity, otherwise Pui Ying Secondary School will have no option but to shall refuse to comply with the request. 
     
(3)    Request for access to data should be sent email to info@puiying.edu.hk or submitted in writing to Pui Secondary School at 55 Wah Fu Road, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
      
(4)    Pui Ying Secondary School will not transfer the personal data collected to any third party, unless the individual concerned has given express consent for a change of use of data or permitted by law.
